'99 G. Marquis Front & Rear Brakes

Mom's car was "pulsing" while braking, and started to squeal as well. Brakes were replaced a few years ago because of brake squeal, so it's time to give it another try. Not a pressing issue, and really, no money to spare, but I figured this would be a nice, practical Mother's Day gift as well. Since this will be a Mother's Day effort, Eric will be learning more of the joy's of wrenching on this project. I was going to do this Saturday morning, but the weather forecast was grim, so we begin at 4:15PM Friday.

First, we pop off the wheel covers and loosen the lug nuts, which are 13/16". Next, jack it up with the wondrous Craftsman 4000 lb. Capacity Aluminum Jack, Sears item # 50239.
