'Wearever' pads installed instead of Rabestos. Can't wait to see how Rock Auto chooses to resolve this. It would be a lot cheaper to mail back only the one wrong pad, than to ship all four. I doubt they'll want to do that, but I assume I'll be the one to pay return shipping. A stand up company would ship me the proper pad, and tell me to toss the wrong one. I'll update later how they handle this.

Email received within 1/2 hour of contacting Rock Auto Customer Service:

Hello,

I'm sorry to hear you received a defective set of pads. I'll have our warehouse ship out a replacement on Monday for you.

As of right now, we will not need you to ship back the wrong part. However, please hold on to it for 2 weeks in case my warehouse changes their mind. After that time, you may do with it what you please. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Just took delivery of a complete set of Rabestos PGD748M front brake pads. I didn't expect that at all. I'll be going out of my way to patronize Rock Auto after this!
